MMC had two key objectives:
MMC’s CEO, Paul Gilligan, wanted a quick review and challenge of their plans to provide assurance the business was setting up for success.
Over a few days we carried out a ‘Strategy and Delivery Check-in’, which involved gaining an understanding of their ambition, delivery needs and risks, and rigorously testing their plans and financial model.
We presented our findings and recommendations to Paul and the board and provided a detailed written report on the financial model review.
Following our engagement MMC reshaped their financial model and progressed their plans with a clearer understanding of options and risks. They successfully secured funding and now have a second UK site, as well as their first European site in Sofia.
We’re a fast-growing manufacturer with exciting and ambitious growth plans. Our fundraise was completing but I recognised the need to get support to get really clear and focused to ensure we execute well on our plans.
